8. Conduct: Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully towards the tour guide, fellow participants, and any third parties encountered during the tour. Island Hopper Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

9. Liability: Island Hopper Adventures is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
